Gen Legacy Learning LLC – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service outline the understanding between Gen Legacy Learning LLC ("Service Provider") and any individual or organization engaging in consultations, coaching, or clarity sessions ("Client"). The goal is to ensure clear expectations, mutual respect, and a positive, productive working relationship.

1. Overview of Services

Gen Legacy Learning provides educational and developmental services focused on:

  • heritage, legacy, and values clarification

  • generational alignment and succession planning for family businesses

  • coaching and strategic guidance using the Heritage & Legacy Architecture framework

  • small business legacy design and multi-generational planning

Services are currently offered as single hourly sessions. Additional program structures may be introduced over time.

The exact structure of your chosen service will be determined at the time of enrollment.

2. Client Experience & Responsibilities

This work is collaborative. The Client agrees to:

  • attend scheduled sessions

  • complete any questionnaires or reflections if applicable

  • communicate honestly and in a timely manner

  • participate actively in the process

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is required at the time of booking for all services.

  • Because time, preparation, and resources are reserved specifically for each Client, all payments are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.

  • Missed sessions without notice are considered completed.

All scheduling policies are designed to honor both the Client's time and the Service Provider's.

5. Privacy & Care

Your personal, family, cultural, business, or organizational information is treated with care and respect. Anything shared in sessions is kept private and is not shared externally.

Service Provider and Client agree not to record sessions unless requested and permission is provided by both parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, tools, and methods created by Gen Legacy Learning (including the Heritage & Legacy Architecture framework) remain the property of the Service Provider. They are provided for your personal or business use and growth, but may not be copied, taught, distributed, or repurposed without written permission.

Any materials created about the Client's family, history, business, institution, or story belong fully to the Client.

7. Completion of Services

A service engagement is considered complete when the scheduled session has taken place and any discussed deliverables have been provided.

Clients are responsible for saving and storing their final documents or materials.

8. Nature of Services

All services offered by Gen Legacy Learning are educational, developmental, and advisory in nature. They do not replace legal, financial, clinical, mental health, or therapeutic services. Guidance provided is not legal, medical, or clinical advice.

9. Agreement

By booking or participating in any Gen Legacy Learning service, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
